I understand this event is being produced by Hearts On Fire, LLC, a satellite community of COR, and release COR and Hearts On Fire and its agents and associates from any and all liabilities.

I understand that my registration payment reserves my spot but is not considered complete until I submit both the questionnaire and waiver. Furthermore, I acknowledge and agree that HOF reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny or revoke my participation. In such cases, my registration fee may be eligible for a full refund.

I understand that workshop fees are non-transferable and agree that if I cancel more than 60 days prior to the event, the fee is refundable; if I cancel between 60 and 30 days prior to the event, I will receive half of the payment; and if I cancel less than 30 days prior to the event, the payment is non-refundable.

I agree that if I am showing any signs of symptomatic illness within five days leading up to the event, that it is my responsibility to inform staff as soon as possible, and I understand that if I am unwell, I may be asked to not attend. I also agree to take a COVID antigen home test the morning of my arrival to the workshop venue, as a precautionary measure to ensure the safety of everyone in attendance.

I understand that if my intake questionnaire is not complete at least 4 weeks before the workshop, then Hearts On Fire reserves the right to remove me from the workshop without a refund.

I agree that by registering to staff, I will be available for the entire staffing experience, starting at 10:00am on Thursday morning until completion at 4:00pm on Sunday afternoon. If for any reason I can not be available during this time, in its entirety, I will be subject to the cancellation policy.

I understand that I may not leave the property during the workshop and still participate in the workshop.
